The Science
Developed by Laney Rosenzweig, ART uses guided eye movements to help the brain reprocess distressing images and sensations.
Your brain already knows how to heal. I just hold the space while it does the work.
ART works with your brain’s natural capacity to process experience. We use bilateral eye movements — the same mechanism your brain uses during REM sleep — to soften the emotional charge of difficult memories. You stay fully awake, fully in control. I guide the protocol with warmth and judgment-free care.
